In the rare case that there is a defect or issue with the printing of your garment or any manufacturing error, we will gladly refund or replace your item. Please email a clear photo of the garment in good lighting to help speed up the process. Please note, all replacement/refund requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order. 

Returns

We print all of our Dork Teez shirts on demand (direct to garment)when your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for customer errors such as ordering the wrong size or color. We have carefully placed up to date and accurate sizing charts on the main menu. If you have questions about sizing prior to purchase, please let us know and we will give you our best recommendation. We do understand that mistakes can happen to the best of us so please let us know if you have an error and we will work with you to replace item at a considerable discount.
